How Teachers and Staff can receive assistance while schools are closed

While we are closed please use the following methods for requesting assistance:

  1. From 9am to 1pm please use the form link in the top of the NECSD ITF Office Hours sheet or click on this link

  2. From 1pm to 4pm, please send an email to Your email will be entered into our request system and an available technician will help you as soon as possible.

Please remember that we are all doing our best to monitor and assist on tickets and will try our best to resolve your issues in a timely manner.
